If you’re holiday shopping for Windows 11 PCs, check out these laptops

The Lenovo ThinkPad X13s, announced in February and available in the U.S. since July, is the first laptop powered by a collaboration between Qualcomm Technologies and Microsoft on the Snapdragon 8cx Gen 3 compute platform and running up to Windows 11 Pro.
