10.2-inch iPad is perfect for casual use
The 10.2-inch iPad is the cheapest iPad in Apple’s lineup. It is also the only iPad that continues to feature a physical Home button with a Touch ID scanner integrated into it.
Powering the tablet is the relatively powerful A13 Bionic chip. A 10.2-inch Retina display with True Tone dominates the front. There’s also a 12MP Ultra Wide camera in the front with Center Stage support. The feature will automatically place you in the center on video calls. At the rear, you get an 8MP shooter.
The stereo speakers make the device for content consumption. Unlike the iPad mini, iPad Air, and iPad Pro, the 10.2-inch iPad features a Lightning port for charging. However, this could change with the tablet’s upcoming refresh.
The 10.2-inch iPad’s next big refresh is around the corner. It is expected to get a design overhaul, ditch the Lightning connector in favor of USB-C, and switch to a faster chip. But if you want a tablet for basic use, the current-gen model will serve you just fine.
Get the 10.2-inch iPad at its lowest price ever
Apple’s 10.2-inch iPad retails for $329.99. On Amazon, it is frequently discounted by $30, meaning you often can grab one for $299.99. It hit a new low of $279.99 a week ago on Amazon, but quickly sold out. However, you still can get the 64GB tablet for just $279.99 after a massive $50 off — its lowest price ever — from Best Buy. (You can get the same $50 discount on the 256GB model from Best Buy as well.)
If you want the Wi-Fi + Cellular model, the 64GB variant is available for $409.99 after a $40 from Amazon (11% discount).
If you have been looking to buy the 10.2-inch iPad for a while, you should not miss this offer. Given the fantastic deal, stocks are unlikely to last long, so get your order in as soon as possible.
